The highest location is Sister Elsie Peak which has a height of 5080 feet. The main river is the Los Angeles river. Los
Angeles is composed of 9 different districts which are downtown LA, midtown LA, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, West LA,
Bel Air, Brentwood, and Santa Monica. It is home to many storied boulevards including Santa Monica, Sunset, Wilshire, and Olympic.

months of July and August see basically no rainfall.

Los Angeles was founded on September 4th 1781. The Chinese settled in 1852
near the site of where Union Station is located today but in 1938 to where the current Chinatown is located. The

National Museum was first built in 1925.

Nisei Week Japanese Festival runs from July 18th to the August 22nd. The calender

Grand Parade including Nebuta, and Taiko Gathering.
LA County Fair will run from September 4th through October 3rd. The
attractions at the fair include: Flower and Garden Pavillion, Mojo's Jungle, and Fairview Farms. The
